GREEN AREAL LAUSITZ

GRAL - Project Future

The former Cottbus-Drewitz airfield has been chosen for development as a commercial and industrial park. Green Areal Lausitz (GRAL) lays further important foundations for the launch of a beacon project for progressive entrepreneurial initiatives in the Lusatia region of eastern Germany.

MISSION

DEVELOPMENT WITH AN EYE TO TOMORROW

Based in Berlin-Charlottenburg, ALTHAFEN Real Estate specialises in the financing and development of residential and commercial properties. The focus of the company’s activities is on challenging sites, waterfront and coastal locations as well as architectural and historic landmarks.

ALTHAFEN has acquired a thorough understanding of how to sympathetically restore and integrate heritage sites, systematically implementing the corporate principle of preserving the historic while allowing something new and worthwhile to emerge.

New energies can be set free and a lively cityscape will emerge only if historic landmarks can be successfully integrated into modern life and people are able to perceive them all around.

As a representative of investors and property developers, ALTHAFEN is serious about its accountability for the sustainable, independent and economical preparation and implementation of the projects it undertakes.
